I found this product very easy to install and to customize. Also it's full of features which other products in helpdesk don't support at all. I recommend this for any small/medium companies, also to manage work (it is so versatile which can be a valid and cheaper substitute of Jira).

Jakweb has an AWESOME product here for anyone operating a support system for their clients. YES, you need some tech knowledge to customize it. BUT, it works really well, bugs are acknowledged and resolved as quickly as possible. This beats using those monthly cloud solutions big time...
